Organizer of Chelyabinsk's Nemtsov memorial is reportedly attacked at work

Unknown assailants in Chelyabinsk have reportedly attacked the organizer of a memorial rally in honor of Boris Nemtsov, who was assassinated in Moscow a year ago tomorrow. According to a report by Dozhd television, Vyacheslav Kislitsin was beat up by a group of men “either from the police, or the district attorney's office,” he allegedly told Valery Prikhodkin, a local human rights activist.

Kislitsin reportedly says he was attacked in broad daylight at the entrance of the tractor plant where he works, in plain view of the factory's guards, suffering a broken rib in the beating.

According to Prikhodkin (who reported the story to Dozhd), the assailants told Kislitsin that he is expected at the district attorney's office, and will face charges, if he fails to appear.
