Sevastopol (located in Crimea) is now home to several elevators that don't carry passengers, but they do play Russia's national anthem on an endless loop. The elevators aren't working because they're awaiting an official inspection, after the discovery of maintenance violations.
The elevators playing the national anthem on loop are located on the first floor of an unknown number of residential buildings in Sevastopol.
