This Russian city wants to get rid of dust with a vacuum cleaner made of dumpsters

City officials of Krasnoyarsk in Siberia rolled out a vacuum cleaner made from a trolley and two dumpsters. It’s cheaper than industrial cleaners but less effective. For now, inventors say.

One dumpster container is connected to the suction mechanism. The second is designed for large garbage collected by hand. The trolley is also equipped with a broom, a shovel, and tongs.

Officials plan to install a more powerful engine on the unit and produce a lighter version of a trolley to facilitate the work of its operator.
