Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine: Russian troops drop two bombs on Toretsk, injuring three people
Russia’s forces have shelled the city of Toretsk, Donetsk region of Ukraine, using the FAB-250 air-dropped bombs; three local residents have suffered shrapnel injuries, as per the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine.

According to preliminary data at the disposal of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the Russian army used the FAB-250 bombs for two attacks on the centre of the city. Two women and one man suffered shrapnel wounds, they were hospitalised. Three law enforcement officers who were driving by got concussions.
Furthermore, the explosion damaged a school building, residential multi-storey buildings, civilian infrastructure, an administration building, and a bank. The prosecutor’s office has initiated a pre-trial investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war.
According to the governor of the Donetsk region Pavlo Kyrylenko, as of the morning on 5 June, the Russian army had shelled the town of Vuhledar and the city of Avdiivka, as well as several villages in the Donetsk region, all within 24 hours.
On 20 May, five people were wounded in the shelling of Toretsk, an 11-year-old child among them, Kyrylenko previously reported.
