143 missing person reports filed after Moscow terror attack

The Russian Investigative Committee received missing person appeals for 143 individuals as of Wednesday following the terror attack at a concert venue outside Moscow on Friday.
The committee’s press service also
announced
that 84 individuals out of the 140 confirmed dead today had been identified, including five children aged between 9 and 16. Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko
announced
on Wednesday that 76 injured concertgoers had already been discharged from hospitals while 80 more remained under medical care.
The update follows Tuesday’s
statement
by the head of the Moscow regional department for the Ministry of Emergency Situations Sergey Poletykin, who said that there were no more people under the rubble at the concert venue hall just outside the capital. He did not mention any information about missing persons during his statement.

Telegram channel also compiled a list of at least 95 people reported missing based on appeals made by families of the missing cross referenced next to names of those confirmed dead or injured. Another Telegram channel VCHK-OGPU

that 100 individuals remained missing.
