5 июля 2008 г. октябрьский районный суд Самары признал экстремистским материалом статью "Речь Раввина", опубликованную в газете "Алекс-Информ" 25 марта 2004 г. Напомним, что редактор газеты "Алекс-Информ" Олега Киттер был осужден на 1,5 года лишения свободы условно по ст. 282 (возбуждение национальной ненависти). Советский районный суд Самары в апреле 2008 г. признал экстремистскими материалы, размещенные на сайте "Алекс-Информ", а также запретил деятельность сайта.
